At नख्: कला, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’re here to make it right. Kindly record an unboxing video and email it to us at support@nakhkala.in—our concierge team will take care of everything with the attention you deserve.
Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll make it right.
To process your request, it is a mandatory condition to:
- Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- Email the video and your order details to support@nakhkala.in.
Our concierge team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Damages & Concerns
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues—such as a defect, damage, or an incorrect item—contact us immediately. Our support team will ensure a smooth resolution.
Internal Quality Check
To ensure transparency and fairness, we record a video of every package during sealing and dispatch. These videos are securely stored for 4 days, covering the return/exchange requests window, and are used to verify any claims of damage or tampering.

To maintain hygiene and uphold our craftsmanship standards, the following items are non-returnable:

These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. -
Handmade Press-On Nails
Slight differences in color or design may occur compared to website photos. Each set is handcrafted, and even the same artist cannot replicate a design exactly. These variations are part of the charm of handmade art and are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or using gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible).
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you’d like.
🌍 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- It must include original tags and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
